I’m convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did. You’ve got to find what you love...and love what you do.

Welcome! I’m Amanda Mausner and I’m a career coach, consultant, educator, and sociologist.

I help humans navigate the nonlinear path, reframe their story, and change careers so that they feel more purpose, confidence, and energy. Bringing over a decade of social + behavioral science and human change experience, I give people the tools to identify their strengths and find a path that feels fulfilling. I'm passionate about helping people discover their unique story and communicate their value. I work with clients to help them clarify who they are, what they want, and how to map a strategy to get there.

Embrace the windy path

For most of my life, I struggled choosing one career path until I finally connected my own dots and realized that I did have a path…it just didn’t look like anyone else’s. Before this, I too, suffered from feeling unsure and followed what I thought I SHOULD do based on what society deemed “successful”, i.e a linear career path. It took me many years, and even working with my own coach, to bring me to the realization that not only is my windy path powerful, but it led me to helping individuals in this capacity, which is what I’m meant to do.

I’m interested in understanding how we can improve education, shift career pathing, and evolve as more compassionate, connected, and self-aware humans. Through my work, I am committed to helping others embrace their own windy path. My mission is to inspire people to think critically about themselves and the world around them.

If you’re feeling uneasy about your career…relax…it’s okay! It takes time, feeling unhappy (yes…feeling stuck led you here!), reflection, and a dedicated effort to really make a change. You’re in the right place. And your path led you here.

Schedule time with me here to discuss your best options.
