What is a catalyst call?

A catalyst is an agent that provokes or speeds significant change or action. During our 55 min. catalyst call we will discover where you are now and where you’re looking to go. I will ask questions about you and your experiences, so that I can better understand you as a unique individual. The catalyst is our conversation to inspire you to get from thought into action. I will listen, hear you, and offer initial insights.

You’re stuck. You’re overwhelmed. Burnt out. Feeling undervalued at work. Unsure what you’re passionate about. Desiring more meaning in your work and life. Ready to take advantage of your time on earth. I hear you.

I help my clients:

  • Discover their unique strengths and find the right career path

  • Connect their career dots and find the common thread in their purpose

  • Tap into their true potential

  • Achieve work/life balance

  • Feel confident and a sense of purpose

  • Master their mindset

  • Develop professional soft skills

  • Make empowered decisions

Who I work with:

  • Individuals craving the ability to live their most authentic lives and aren’t willing to compromise

  • People who are spending too many hours in a career that doesn’t feel right or is compromising your mental and physical well-being

  • Ambitious individuals feeling stuck in the career they initially chose, but isn’t working

  • Professionals seeking support during a transition and/or a system to map out a career vision

  • Organizations and teams ready to offer NEXT-level, intuitive career development support to their employees to increase satisfaction, engagement, and retention

Let's connect if you feel that pull. Your first call is complimentary.

You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something - your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever.
