Fear is the devil in all of our lives. I used to think that the best way to handle fear was to sit and wait for it to subside. That the fear would eventually dissipate so that I could finally move towards whatever I was striving for. But that didn't work. This has been a rough week for so many of us, following the deaths of Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain. I can probably speak for the world in saying many of us are heartbroken. Suicide hits a lot of people, especially families of vets, and it usually sends shockwaves throughout. How can we be better as a society to start to prevent these occurrences? How can we ALL take ownership rather than put the blame onto the victim?
